Position Summary:

We are seeking Day (Bulk) Order Builders to accurately and efficiently build bulk customer orders within established company productivity and accuracy standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to Hensley customers.

This position utilizes voice-picking technology and electric pallet jacks (walkie-riders / fast-moving pallet jacks) to complete daily order fulfillment tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain a Safety First work culture at all times
• Build bulk orders using voice-picking software with high accuracy and productivity
• Operate electric pallet jacks (walkie-rider / fast-moving pallet jack) safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while working
• Cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed (Repack, Replenishment, Put Away, Receiving)
• Follow all company processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate any issues or workflow improvement ideas to management
• Maintain professional behavior at all times
• May occasionally work overtime based on business needs

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities
• Must be able to read code dates accurately
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs frequently
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required
• Ability to work holidays as needed
• Previous warehouse or beverage industry experience is helpful but not required
