5-Axis CNC Milling Specialist

Picture your night shift: you arrive to a clean, well-organized cell, bring a 3–5 axis CNC mill online, validate your work offsets, and kick off a critical production run. You’ll interpret complex blueprints, fine-tune tooling, and keep a sharp eye on cycle times and part quality. When something looks off, you diagnose, correct, and keep the line humming. And you won’t do it alone—our experienced machinists and engineers have your back.
What you’ll take on
- Set up and operate 3–5 axis CNC milling machines for high-precision work
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings to ensure conformance
- Perform full setups, tool changes, and machine calibration/offsets
- Monitor operations for throughput, accuracy, and consistency
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on CNC mills
- Collaborate closely with a skilled team on the night shift
What you bring
- 5+ years as a CNC Mill Operator; aerospace experience preferred
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Familiarity with CNC programming concepts
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- U.S. Person status required
