Part Time Bookkeeper POST NUMBER: 484780

Vaco is partnering with local nonprofit based in Scottsdale, AZ to find a part-time Bookkeeper to join their team. This Bookkeeper will manage high-volume accounts payable, including vendor payments, revenue tracking, and reconciliations across multiple payment systems and platforms. This is a long-term contract position that is fully remote and 10-20 hours per week. This role is paying up to $40 per hour and interviewing immediately.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Maintain bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks Online across three business entities.
• Process accounts payable, bill payments, approvals, supporting documentation, and recurring check runs.
• Track and reconcile revenue from spring training, ticket sales, sponsorships, invoices, credit card transactions, website activity, and Stripe and other online payment platforms.
• Support day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate onsite check printing and payment processing with local staff as needed.
• Improve bookkeeping processes by enhancing workflow efficiency, timeliness, and documentation.

Our preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks Online experience
