Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct therapy services to support student access and participation in the classroom
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and treatment plans
• Support skills in fine motor development, sensory regulation, self-help, and functional school participation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Arizona OT license or eligibility
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
