Manager, Cost Accounting - REMOTE

Accountabilities

• Support month-end closing process including journal entries and status communications.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for operational compliance initiatives.
• Ensure accurate SAP master data and project setup activities.
• Analyze compliance gaps and collaborate to implement effective remediations.
• Lead process improvement projects aligning with the CORE framework.
• Design and perform internal control testing and improvements.
• Support Collins Transformation and S4 HANA initiatives.

Requirements

• University Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in correlating business processes with financial reporting.
• Experience auditing internal controls and performing risk assessments.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and the COSO Internal Control Framework.
