Dilla Libre, a local hotspot for Quesadillas, Tacos & Margaritas, is looking for a part-time Assistant Operations Manager (Fri-Sun)

The Job Basics:

Assist Operations Manager with employee management and catering events/deliveries

Day to day interface with Dilla Libre Staff

Operations management; overseeing staff at both locations & keeping management on track with daily procedures

Communicating daily with management

Being the onsite point person every Saturday and Sunday between both locations

Delivering catering orders to clients on Saturday and Sunday

Must haves:

Genuine smile

Ability to communicate with employees effectively

Cheesy jokes (just kidding, that’s MY thing)

An amazing work ethic

Eye for the big picture and overall goals of Dilla Libre

Reliable transportation

Coachable attitude (this is a big one)

Prior restaurant management/events and catering experience not required but a definite plus!

Drive to tackle new challenges and question the status quo

$13-16/hour Depending on Experience
