Patients trust us to receive the right personalized care where and when they need it – in our care centers, at home or virtually – to improve their health outcomes and quality of life.**How will you make an impact & Requirements**# **Primary Care Physician**## **\*\*\*$20,000 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Available\*\*\*****Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM**## **Responsibilities:*** Provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice Services to patients.* Interview, examine, and treat clinical patients.* Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.* Provide referrals based on examination and patient needs.* Participate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.* Assist in the resolution of complaints, requests, and inquiries from patients.* Maintain confidentiality of all patient information according to federal guidelines and regulations.* Complete medical records (EMR) documentation daily.* Cover night calls as needed.**Qualifications:*** MD or DO degree.* Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board certification.
