Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategic roadmap to position Safe or Die Gear as a leader in performance workwear.
• Drive company growth across construction, industrial, and utility markets through innovative strategies and market expansion initiatives.
• Oversee all organizational operations, including supply chain, product development, sales, and finance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI, OSHA, NFPA, and other relevant industry safety standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, partners, and procurement networks to expand market reach.
• Lead innovation in safety gear design, materials, and performance technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing leadership and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, safety conferences, and client presentations to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Monitor the financial health of the organization, ensuring revenue, profitability, and cash flow targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in PPE, safety apparel, or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven track record of scaling B2B product-based companies with direct customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of safety standards such as OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and CSA.
• Experience working with government or large enterprise procurement is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and operational execution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
