As Executive Assistant at Rafi Law Group, you’ll play a critical role in helping our leadership team stay focused, prepared, and one step ahead. Your organization, intuition, and communication skills will help drive success behind the scenes—while keeping our people connected and our mission moving forward.

You will:
• Manage executive schedules and communication with efficiency and professionalism
• Prioritize emails, phone calls, and daily agendas
• Gather and organize documentation in preparation for meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements and help plan internal events
• Assist with legal, marketing, and personal tasks
• Run occasional errands and provide day-to-day executive support

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant
• Ability to stay organized and plan ahead in a fast-paced environment
• Calm under pressure—with great time management and follow-through
• A proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be asked
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A reliable, positive presence—someone who’s always one step ahead
