About this job offer:
Flick Fusion Video Marketing is a pioneering video technology company, and We are seeking for a top-notch Tier 1 Tech Support Specialist to help handle incoming support requests. You will be responsible for assisting customers in troubleshooting issues to identify appropriate solutions. You will also assist other departments, including programming and product development, in identifying new products/features and testing new releases during our go-to-market strategies. We are seeking to you to exhibit excellent customer service expertise, and a availability to continue learning and working as part of a growing team. If you are passionate about customer relationships and know-how to provide the best customer support – we want you!

What you’ll do:

»Provide support through email, tickets, and calls.

»Research customer concerns and provide a resolution or escalate as needed.

»Assist in UAT/QA of products and features.

»Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by management to support our customers

What We are seeking for:

»You have strong communication expertise with the capability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with a pleasant telephone voice - good enunciation and telephone etiquette.

»You exhibit exceptional interpersonal expertise with a wide variety of customers.

»You have a technical aptitude for performing technical tasks to resolve customer issues.

»Your capability to work individually or as a member of a team.

»Generally, you have personal and professional attributes including high ethical and professional standards, honesty, integrity, self-motivation, adaptcapability, and dependcapability.

We do have some General Requirements:

»General expertise of mobile and desktop browsers, website integration, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

»Automotive Sales or Dealership practice is a plus but not a requirement

»Effective writing and communicating via email, Zoom, and phone.

»This is a full-time position. Monday – Friday 8 am-5 pm with an hour lunch.

»No weekends!
