Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients transitioning from intensive care or those requiring higher-level observation.

- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license.
- Proven experience in a stepdown or telemetry unit setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
