This position offers opportunities for leadership and mentorship while focusing primarily on QuickBooks software and maintaining minimal involvement in audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tax compliance and accurate financial reporting
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate effectively within a small team (1-3 members)
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• Expertise in financial reporting and tax preparation
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Experience or interest in leadership roles
