Operations Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations. This role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional processes, and ensuring that business objectives are achieved effectively and consistently.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in process improvement, team coordination, and performance management, capable of driving operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership, product, finance, and HR teams to align operational goals
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational forecasting
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a remote work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standards
- Oversee vendor management and external partnerships
- Prepare reports and provide insights to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar leadership role
- Proven experience managing teams and improving operational processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in remote or distributed team environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with project management and operations tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or fast-paced startup environments
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
- Strong background in process automation and operational scaling
