Bilingual Contact Center Representative
- Keep contractor enrollments moving forward, helping them through every step of the process
- Provide proactive support, answer questions, and offer guidance through phone calls, emails, and chat
- Serve as the go-to for client inquiries, ensuring top-notch service
- Track project progress, provide regular updates, and collaborate with key partners
- Assist with onboarding events, ensuring contractor groups are efficiently enrolled
- Handle any client concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Communication Skills: You’re clear, concise, and can engage with others effectively, both in writing and verbally.

- Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English.

- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong PC knowledge and familiarity with remote desktop access
