Job Description:
The BA / Scrum Master will bridge business stakeholders and a tenured development team, translating company-wide initiatives into actionable user stories while leading Agile ceremonies and driving AI-enabled delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews

• Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, sprints, dashboards, and work items

• Translate business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria

• Facilitate backlog grooming and prioritization with leadership

• Support AI-related initiatives and ensure alignment with governance standards

• Partner with dev team to remove blockers and streamline SDLC processes

• Coordinate and lead UAT efforts across departments

• Collaborate with sales and revenue-generating teams to document workflows and system needs

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Experience serving as both Business Analyst and Scrum Master in Agile environments

  • Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO) tools or something similar and lifecycle management

  • Experience working within IT infrastructure and software development teams

  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation

  • AI fluency (understanding of LLMs, agents, and AI capabilities/limitations)

  • Experience working with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)

  • Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Scottsdale, AZ

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with NetSuite

  • Agile certifications (CSM or PSM)

  • Experience in media or advertising environments

  • Experience supporting on-prem to cloud migrations
