Sun Tran is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Technician to help process and manage payroll for over 500 employees. If you're skilled in ADP, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with both numbers and people, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

The Payroll Technician is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll using ADP for a large workforce. This includes:

• Verifying payroll hours and time clock entries
• Processing wages and deductions
• Managing payroll adjustments and corrections
• Handling year-end payroll close and W-2 processing
• Performing general accounting duties
• Communicating with employees and external vendors to resolve payroll issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of payroll experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with ADP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with year-end payroll close and W-2 preparation
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
