About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Volumetric Concrete Truck Driver to join our growing operations team. This position requires experience with operating volumetric concrete mixer trucks and a strong background in both driving and mixing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a volumetric concrete truck in accordance with company and DOT regulations
• Safely drive and deliver concrete to job sites throughout southern Arizona
• Prepare and mix concrete on-site to customer specifications
• Perform routine truck inspections and report maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
• Assist with loading materials and keeping work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A license (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience operating a volumetric mixer truck or concrete mixing truck required
• Solid knowledge of concrete mixing processes and volumetric mixing technology
• Clean driving record and strong safety track record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

Preferred Traits:

• Mechanically inclined and capable of performing minor truck maintenance
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Familiarity with GPS routing systems and dispatch software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.75 - $26.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
