Global Facilities Maintenance (Global FM), the national service and facilities maintenance division of Global Roofing Group, is seeking a skilled Service Foreman to join our Phoenix-based team. As a leader in commercial roofing services, Global FM supports large commercial portfolios nationwide with high-volume service, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency response. The Service Foreman plays a critical hands-on leadership role, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service while guiding a crew in the field. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a service crew on daily facilities maintenance and commercial roofing service jobs
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved scope and quality standards
• Enforce company and OSHA safety standards, including fall protection and jobsite safety procedures
• Diagnose roofing issues, identify root causes, and execute durable repairs
• Complete accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, labor, and materials tracking
• Coordinate with Superintendents regarding scheduling, site access, scope clarification, and escalations
• Maintain professional communication with customers, property managers, and tenants
• Participate in foreman meetings, safety training, and ongoing skills development
• Respond to emergency and after-hours service calls as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing with increasing responsibility
• Demonstrated expertise in at least three commercial roofing systems (such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, BUR, modified bitumen, coatings, restorations, tile, or shingle)
• Strong ability to diagnose leaks, identify root causes, and perform effective repairs
• Previous experience leading crews or serving in a working foreman or lead role
• Comprehensive knowledge of jobsite safety, OSHA requirements, and fall protection
• Ability to read work orders, scopes of work, and basic construction drawings
• OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the field
• Preferred: Experience in high-volume service or facilities maintenance operations
• Preferred: Advanced troubleshooting skills across multiple roof assemblies
• Preferred: Manufacturer certifications or advanced technical training

Compensation

We offer top-of-market pay for proven Service Foremen, commensurate with experience, technical mastery, and performance. This role provides clear career advancement opportunities into Superintendent and senior field leadership positions within a growing national platform.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Field-based role requiring rooftop access, ladder climbing, and outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
• Participation in rotating on-call or after-hours emergency response
