Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cultivator to join our team at Sweet Oz Cultivation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both vegetative stage care and harvest processes, as well as leadership experience to guide our cultivation team. This is a hands-on position requiring expertise in plant care, foliar spray application, water room management, and overall crop health.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the vegetative stage of plant growth, ensuring healthy plant development.
Manage harvest activities, including the proper timing, technique, and processing of harvested plants.
Mix and apply foliar sprays to ensure plant health and optimal growth conditions.
Maintain and operate water rooms and irrigation systems for efficient water usage and plant nourishment.
Provide leadership and training to other cultivation team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Monitor plant health, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to prevent or address disease, pests, or deficiencies.
Maintain accurate records of plant progress, spray applications, and other cultivation activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Cultivation Manager.
Requirements:

Experience in cultivation: Proven experience in both harvest and vegetative stages of cannabis cultivation.
Leadership skills: Previous experience managing or leading teams in a cultivation environment.
Familiarity with foliar sprays: Knowledge and experience in mixing and applying foliar sprays to enhance plant growth and health.
Water room experience: Hands-on experience managing water rooms and understanding the needs of plants at different stages.
Flexibility: Willing to travel to both the Deer Valley and Mesa locations, and be available to work weekends as needed.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a commercial cannabis cultivation facility.
Knowledge of sustainable cultivation practices.
Ability to use cultivation software for tracking and monitoring plant health and production.
