CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a major medical insurance provider client seeking a QA Specialist based in Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Georgia. Join a medical benefits team to ensure patients receive accurate, timely benefits information by leading quality checks that make a real difference in healthcare access. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll be the final safeguard for precision, compliance, and service excellence. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in the specialty pharmacy, medical insurance or reimbursement industries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a huge and renowned organization!

Requirements for the QA Specialist:
• 1–2 years’ experience in benefit investigations, medical billing, or healthcare insurance operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience or ability to lead a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform high-volume quality checks with precision

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
• Candidates must reside in TX, NC, SC, TN, KY, IN, GA, or AZ

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs
• Familiarity with benefit reverification processes

Compensation for the QA Specialist:
• 4-month Contract assignment with potential to extend
• Location: Remote - All candidates must reside in TX, NC, SC, TN, KY, IN, GA, or AZ
• Pay: $21/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Benefits offered through CornerStone
