Mail Processor II

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a fast-paced corporate mailroom handling sensitive healthcare information. In this role, you will operate large production-class printers and inserter machines to process, print, fold, and stamp mail under tight deadlines. This is a highly active, safety-sensitive position within a 24/7 operation requiring multitasking skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Operate large production-class printers and envelope inserting machines. Verify print jobs against received documentation to ensure accuracy. Perform various mailroom functions including printing, inserting, and postage stamping. Maintain high efficiency and communication in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment. Requirements & Top Skills: Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required. Technical Skills: Proficient with business software including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDFs. Physical Demands: This is an active role requiring you to stand on your feet for almost the entire shift and lift heavy paper/envelope boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Experience: Prior experience in a print or mailroom setting is highly preferred. Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (Safety Sensitive Role).
