Position Summary

We’re seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Auto Mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair skills. This is an on-call position ideal for someone who can manage jobs independently and ensure top-quality work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Must speak and understand English clearly

• Must be a United States citizen

• Must have 3–5+ years of verifiable auto repair experience

• Must provide job references

• Must have no criminal history

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must have own tools

• Must be able to work on-call hours , including evenings or weekends as needed

• Must be able to work independently without supervision

Experience Expectations (3–5+ Years):

An experienced mechanic in this range should confidently be able to:

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, and suspension systems

• Perform routine maintenance : oil changes, tune-ups, belts, hoses, and filters

• Conduct electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting using scan tools

• Replace and repair alternators, starters, radiators, and batteries

• Service AC/heating systems and cooling components

• Handle steering, alignment, and tire services

• Perform safety and emissions inspections

• Communicate clearly with shop management and customers when necessary

• Maintain a clean and professional work ethic and environment
