CNC Mill Operator (2nd Shift) – Aerospace Manufacturing

Gilbert, AZ | Full-Time | $25–$33/hr

Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233

Are you ready to take your CNC machining career to the next level? Genuine Machine Products is growing, and we’re seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator to safely and efficiently operate CNC mill machines while meeting all quality, production, and company standards.

What You’ll Do

As a CNC Mill Operator, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality aerospace components:

• Read and follow traveler instructions and blueprints (including GD&T)

• Perform all machine set-ups

• Load/unload materials and parts

• Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data

• Meet or exceed established production standards

• Communicate tooling needs and process improvements with MSD and Engineering

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Mentor and train less experienced operators as needed

• 10+ years CNC Mill Operator experience across multiple machines/controllers

• Strong knowledge of GD&T, machine tolerances, and CNC programming concepts

• Proven set-up experience

• Advanced mechanical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude

• Microsoft Excel proficiency

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
