Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide vital support to elementary school students from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. This contract position in Tubac, AZ, offers a rewarding environment to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 students. The role is scheduled for 40 hours per week, with daily hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, running through May 20, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-8
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in pediatric healthcare or school settings
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong knowledge of speech-language development and therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored to young learners
