Senior Staff Accountant
Duties include:
- Monthly closing entries
- Prepare and post Journal Entries
- General Ledger review and maintenance
- Detail reconciliation of General Ledger accounts as needed
- Prepare monthly and annual Financial Statements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Five years' accounting experience
- Strong technical accounting skills (GAAP)
- Able to demonstrate and ensure financial integrity of accounting records and reports
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Pivot Tables a MUST
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership, oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to work independently, sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Be an innovative/creative problem solver and driver of change
- Interpersonal skills should be well-developed as a collaborator and leader, both within the accounting department and across other company business units
