About the Role
We are hiring at both the Tax Manager and Senior Tax Associate level. Whether you’re advancing toward management or already leading teams, this is a role where curiosity, humility, and heart matter as much as technical skill. Senior Tax Associate Responsibilities
• Perform assigned client work in accordance with firm quality standards
• Serve as accountant-in-charge for engagements, managing staff and timelines
• Mentor junior staff and interns and perform preliminary reviews
• Maintain broad knowledge of firm services and client needs
• Apply strong GAAP and IRS regulation knowledge
• Communicate clearly, manage time effectively, and collaborate with your team
• Occasional travel to client sites Tax Manager Responsibilities
• Lead and coach a skilled tax team—encouraging growth and curiosity
• Oversee tax engagements and provide strategic guidance to clients
• Build strong internal and external relationships

Senior Tax Associate
• Bachelor’s in accounting or related field
• 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience
• Progress toward CPA is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and team mindset Tax Manager
• Active CPA required
• Significant experience leading tax engagements and teams
• Known for being technically strong and emotionally aware
• Coaching-focused leadership style
