If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and making a positive environmental impact, we want you to be part of our team!Position DetailsSchedule: Wed-Sat, 4 pm - 2:30 am (Full-Time)Pay: $18/hourWhat You'll Do: As a Custodian, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for everyone. Key responsibilities include:Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. You'll also clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Ensure dispensers are filled and monitor supplies across the facility.Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants.Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment.Who We Are: Verde CleanFounded in 2019, Verde Clean is a minority-owned, eco-friendly facilities services company that prioritizes environmental protection and social justice. To succeed in this role, you should have:Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols. Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others.Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs.
