Job Title: Talent Acquisition Interviewer (Contract)

Location (city, state): Remote (U.S.-based; limited state eligibility)

Compensation : $30.00 – $40.00 / Hourly (flexible based on experience)

Industry: Varies (supports multiple business functions and job families)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Our client is a well-established organization seeking additional support within their Talent Acquisition function. This role will play a key part in enhancing interview quality, consistency, and compliance across hiring processes.

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Talent Acquisition Interviewer to support hiring efforts through structured and objective candidate evaluations. This role works in close collaboration with internal recruiting teams and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and fair interview process while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate structured interviews across a range of roles and experience levels
  • Assess candidates based on defined competencies, job requirements, and success factors
  • Apply consistent and unbiased evaluation methods throughout the interview process
  • Leverage interview frameworks, scoring systems, and assessment tools as needed
  • Prepare clear, detailed interview summaries with actionable insights for hiring teams
  • Ensure confidentiality of candidate information and adherence to data privacy standards
  • Deliver timely feedback and complete evaluations within established timelines
  • Provide a professional and engaging experience for all candidates

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience conducting structured or professional interviews (e.g., panel, executive, or competency-based)
  • Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing methods and evaluation techniques
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications objectively and consistently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and compliant interviewing practices (EEOC guidelines, non-discriminatory methods)
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Access to reliable technology, including video conferencing tools and applicant tracking systems

Additional Details:

  • This role is open to candidates located in most U.S. states; however, certain states are not eligible for this position
  • Background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Psychology, or similar fields is preferred
  • Prior experience interviewing for specialized, technical, or leadership roles is a plus
  • Comfortable navigating applicant tracking systems and virtual interview platforms
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Interviewing certifications or industry-specific experience (e.g., energy, mining, oil & gas) are considered a plus
