A growing nationwide organization in the construction and industrial infrastructure space is seeking a Construction Coordinator in Chandler, AZ. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate construction project schedules, materials, manpower, job site deliveries, and daily project logistics.
- Support field technicians, sales teams, vendors, and management with timely project updates and communication.
- Assist with coordination for new construction, repair, service, and modernization projects.
- Prepare and maintain administrative reports, including workers compensation and OSHA-related documentation.
- Track project details, follow up on open items, and help ensure deadlines, materials, and resources stay on schedule.
- Provide general administrative support for construction and service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate construction project schedules, materials, manpower, and job site deliveries.
- Support field technicians, sales teams, and management with daily project communication.
- Prepare administrative reports, including workers compensation and OSHA-related documentation.
- Assist with new construction, repair, service, and modernization project coordination.

- 1 to 2 years of administrative, project coordination, construction coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional communication skills by phone and email.
- Ability to work effectively with field teams, sales staff, vendors, and management.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, reporting, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction or service-oriented environment.
- Basic computer and administrative skills, including email, reports, and data tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting construction, industrial facilities, infrastructure, service, modernization, or field technician operations.
- Familiarity with OSHA reporting, workers compensation documentation, or construction safety administrative processes.
- Prior experience coordinating materials, shipments, manpower, or job site logistics.
