Located in Scottsdale, AZ Salary: 20 Sales Administrative Coordinator Pay: $20/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overview: We're seeking a Sales Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys supporting both internal sales staff and clients. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a company that values initiative and long-term development. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, data entry, and order processing
- Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications for clients
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators
- Assist with special projects, events, and other tasks as assigned
- 1-2 years of administrative or sales support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with the company
