About Amazing Athletes: Amazing Athletes offers a fun, structured program that introduces children to a variety of sports, promotes coordination, self-esteem, and fosters a lifelong love for sports and fitness. Our coaches play a key role in bringing these positive experiences to life for children ages 18 months-12 years. In our classes, every kid is an athlete! We focus on teaching the fundamentals while building a positive association with sports and having fun!

Amazing Athletes is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Mobile Coaches and Assistant Coaches to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth as we expand our programs. Coaches will lead classes in local schools and daycare centers, teaching children a variety of sports and fitness activities.

Were Looking for Coaches Who Are:

• Upbeat, Positive, & Energetic : Passionate about working with kids and fostering a fun, supportive environment.
• Child-Loving : Enjoy engaging with children in a structured, educational setting.
• Experienced (Preferred but Not Required) : Experience working with young children, coaching, or participating in sports is a plus.
• Reliable & Organized : Able to manage a schedule and handle logistical details with ease.
• Able to Travel : Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license to travel to program locations (schools, daycares).
• Flexible : Available to work weekday mornings and afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow approved lesson plans for all classes.
• Arrive on time and start classes promptly.
• Instruct children on sports and fitness activities using the approved curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and directors about class activities and needs.
• Ensure attendance is accurate and track student participation.
• Wear the approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Provide notice or coverage for any planned absences.
• Maintain and transport required class equipment (all equipment is provided).

Job Requirements:

• Strong team player who can work independently.
• Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Physically capable of demonstrating and participating in physical activities with children (bending, jumping, running).
• Comfortable communicating with both children and adults (facility directors, parents).
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive in handling responsibilities.
• Creative and adaptable in handling varying class situations.
• Patient, with a passion for working with children and fostering positive experiences.

We are looking to fill 10-15 hours per week to start, spread across various weekdays.Additional hours may be available as we continue to grow! Pay is competitive and based on experience.
