We are seeking a Finance Manager to play a key role in overseeing the accounting operations. This is a hands on role. A background in non profit or mid size accounting organization would be ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with GAAP, company policies, and other accounting regulations.
Manage core accounting functions, including full-cycle AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, and month/year-end closings.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements.
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related work experience.
Demonstrated progressive accounting experience.
Experience preparing for or supporting external audits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an enterprise accounting platform.
Key Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate financial information across all levels of the organization.
Dependable, objective, and composed under deadlines.
