Accounts Receivable Representative III

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative III to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle accounts receivable activities, including customer invoicing, payment processing, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining great customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is investigative, inquisitive, and an awesome team player.

salary: $29.99 - $30 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Responsible for correctly processing and recording customer payments and checks on a regular basis.
Good communicator to work with the customers and get payment for overdue invoices.
Use relevant software programs for processing invoices and recording data; resolve discrepancies related to invoices. Also, these coordinators need to be able to answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
Perform any back-up duties as needed with the accounting team and be able to support that team with project-based assignments.
