Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language pathology evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Deliver services in inpatient and home health settings
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in supervision or mentorship activities if applicable

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current Arizona Department of Health Services SLP License
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of speech-language pathology theory and clinical practice
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Understanding of safe patient handling and body mechanics
