Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with a flair for fashion and a proven talent for sales. As a Retail Nail Expert , you will combine your professional nail expertise with your ability to engage clients, showcase our luxury products, and drive sales. This is a client-facing role where you will style, educate, and inspire customers—turning every interaction into a luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

· Proactively approach every customer, discover their style preferences, and guide them toward the perfect ManiKIRA products.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets by presenting our brand’s value, closing sales, and maximizing every transaction.

· Upsell and cross-sell complementary products and accessories to enhance the client’s experience.

· Accurately process transactions using our POS system.

Expert Nail Styling & Product Education

· Use your professional nail or cosmetology license expertise to provide precise sizing, styling techniques, and product application demonstrations.

· Educate clients on proper product care, features, and benefits to ensure confidence in their purchase.

· Showcase ManiKIRA’s artistry through engaging in-store demos and personalized style advice.

Luxury Client Experience

· Build lasting relationships by providing a warm, personalized, and high-touch shopping experience.

· Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.

Visual Merchandising & Store Excellence

· Maintain an impeccable store appearance that reflects our luxury image.

· Assist with inventory management and store organization.

Brand Representation

· Embody the ManiKIRA brand with your own style, professionalism, and creativity.

· Actively promote our story and unique value proposition in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

· Active Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (required).

· Proven retail sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; luxury beauty, fashion, or cosmetics experience preferred.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and convert customers.

· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in sales opportunities.

· Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· POS system experience and basic computer skills.

· A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and high-end presentation.

· High school diploma or equivalent.
