Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Product / Program Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives and governance programs across enterprise platforms. This role will focus on defining solution frameworks, driving AI/ML and Generative AI adoption, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, business-aligned AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise, technical acumen, stakeholder management, and AI strategy execution experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain governance frameworks, standards, policies, and processes for AI solution development and management
• Lead large-scale AI and technology programs while establishing scalable operational processes
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions
• Translate business problems into AI/ML and Generative AI product requirements
• Drive AI use cases focused on improving business outcomes such as:
  • Conversion rates
  • Personalization
  • Decision speed
  • Customer acquisition performance
• Define and manage:
  • KPIs
  • Experimentation strategies
  • A/B testing frameworks
  • Model performance metrics
• Ensure Responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance across solutions
• Embed monitoring, feedback loops, and performance tracking into AI product lifecycle management
• Create leadership presentations, roadmap updates, and governance communications
• Influence roadmap prioritization toward AI-native platform capabilities

Required Skills
