ROLE IMPACT

This role supports the accounting and purchasing departments by ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and tax documentation. The ideal candidate brings precision and organization to a fast-paced environment, helping maintain clean audit trails and compliance across multiple systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validate daily receiving reports post-audit, adjusting POs and items as needed

• Maintain and review the Receiving Log for accuracy, including handling multiple POs and uncoded items

• Request and document new purchase orders, maintaining clear audit trails

• Manage updates to the “No Code List” and PO revisions

• Support preparation of product transfer invoices, excise tax filings, and deferred tax documentation

• Process Arizona and New Mexico state excise tax filings and bill keg returns

• Assist with product buy-ins, resale certificates, and other special assignments as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of general accounting experience or formal accounting education

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Accurate data-entry and 10-key skills by touch

• State tax filing platforms
