Your New Role

As our Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert helping homeowners achieve optimal comfort. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC issues with precision and expertise

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring every home is a comfort zone

• Communicate clearly with customers, providing insights on system functions and maintenance tips

• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements to provide cutting-edge service

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an accredited HVAC program

• Valid HVAC technician license (per state requirements)

• 2-5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair

• Strong skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems

• Ability to lift equipment and work in various physical positions

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
