What You'll Do:

Safety, Health and Environment standard compliance for the Nutrien Ag Solutions’ facilities in CA listed above.

• Works with the Facility Managers to fix and upgrade any equipment not up to standard
• Maintains safety and maintenance records on facilities and equipment ensuring they meet and exceed legislation
• Works to maintain and encourage a safe environment through employee training and management

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years related experience in a safety or operation environment
• Basic Computer skills
• Ability to work well alone and with others in a team-oriented environment
• Must have the ability to interface effectively with others so that information is professionally communicated
• Excellent written communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to train others
• Ability to maintain confidentiality; uses time effectively; attention to detail; well organized with ability to prioritize and be flexible
• Prompt and regular attendance and safe work performance
• Travel and training may be required
• Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures and government regulations
• Valid driver’s license
• Spanish is a Plus
• Field experience in Pesticides
• QA Certification is a Plus
