We're Hiring: Lead Caregiver – Caring Senior Service of Chandler

Do you have a heart for helping others and experience in senior care? We're looking for a Lead Caregiver to join our caring and supportive team in Chandler and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on care and support to seniors
Lead and support a team of caregivers
Help with training, scheduling, and team coordination
Communicate with families and healthcare providers
Keep clear and accurate care records
Create a positive and respectful work environment
What You Need:
2+ years experience in caregiving or a related field
CNA or HHA certification preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
Pass a background check
Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
Basic admin/computer skill
