Manuel's Mexican Food is looking for highly motivated individuals who have strong customer service skills and thrive in a fast paced work environment. As a cashier/greeter at Manuel's, you would be expected to be able to perform the following tasks:
- Ensure quality service to a diverse customer base
- Provide guests with information on food and beverage selections
- Offer guests a warm first and last impression
- Have a thorough understanding of daily specials
- Responsible for taking and packaging to go transactions
- Follow safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain a clean work area and complete daily assigned sidework
- Use a POS system to order food, prepare bills and execute payment on guest checks
- Receive phone calls in a professional manner
- Coordinate reservations and manage rotation of seating guest in an efficient manner
- Anticipate guests needs to ensure a great dining experience
- Valid Food Handler's Card
