R&D Partners is seeking to hire a System Engineer I in Tucson, AZ .

Your main responsibilities as a System Engineer I:

· Learns to use company concepts, policies and procedures, familiar with and follows standard practices.

· Normally receives detailed directions on all work.

· Works on projects of moderate scope in which analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.

· Makes suggestions to improve work processes.

· Assists in reducing to practice patentable inventions.

What we are looking for in a System Engineer I:

· Bachelors in Engineering with 0-3 years of experience

· Knows basic and some specialized engineering techniques.

· Familiar with searching technical literature.

· Skilled with use of word processing, spreadsheets, graphical and presentation software applications.

Pay Scale:

$81,120 - $87,360 Dependent on Experience)
