Dental Hygienist – Accelerated Hygiene | 4-Day Weekends!

Practice: Arrowhead Foothills Dentistry

Location: Glendale, AZ (With optional Friday hours in Surprise, AZ)

Compensation: $52.00 – $60.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Hygiene Bonus!

Schedule: Mon–Wed (6:15 AM – 5:00 PM) | Enjoy a consistent 4-Day Weekend!

Are you a passionate, high-energy Dental Hygienist who thrives in a high-tech, relationship-driven environment? Led by Dr. Dallas Steele and Dr. Jessi Howard, our practice combines advanced technology with a gentle, family-oriented approach.

We are looking for a clinician to lead our Accelerated Hygiene program-someone who is a "Smile Advocate" dedicated to patient education and top-tier preventive care in a modern, fast-paced setting.

• Top-Tier Compensation & Dual Bonuses: Earn a competitive hourly rate of $52–$60 , plus eligibility for both our Monthly Team Performance Bonus and a dedicated Monthly Hygiene Bonus .

• Accelerated Hygiene Model: Our facility and workflow are designed for efficiency. You will have the advanced clinical support and technology needed to focus on elite patient care.

• The "Lifestyle" Schedule: Our core schedule is Monday–Wednesday , giving you a guaranteed 4-day weekend every single week.

• Optional Friday Hours: For candidates seeking additional production, there is a possibility to work Fridays (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM) at our sister clinic in nearby Surprise, AZ .

• Advanced Clinical Tech: Work in a state-of-the-art facility featuring digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and laser dentistry.

• License: Current Arizona Dental Hygiene License (Required).

• Certifications: Local Anesthesia and Laser Dentistry certifications (Required).
