Product Owner
Join Master Electronics as a Product Owner on our Business Enablement Team in Phoenix !

What you will do?:- Product Vision :
- Work with stakeholders to create a vision for the product and communicate it to the scrum team
- Guide the team towards a shared understanding of the product's value, purpose, goals and direction
- Backlog :
- Own the product backlog, create and communicate backlog items, and order the backlog to maximize business value
- Prioritize the work items for the development team based on the product goal in alignment with other IT / Corporate initiatives
- Customer Requirements :
- Ensure customer requirements are well-defined and executed in time
- Be the primary point of contact for the customer to identify requirements for the development team
- Communication :
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attend all cadence and review calls or meetings, and communicate changes to the development team
- Connect strategy with implementation and development and stakeholders. Bridge the gap between stakeholders and product developers
- Decision-making :
- Make executive product decisions on a daily basis; including decisions made with data about trade-offs, order, and scope
- Share those decisions and dialogues with the stakeholders
- Value :
- Maximize the value of the product in line with customer expectations and the product vision
- Ensure that the product creates value for its customers, users, development team, and the company
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps preferred but not required
- Broad-based knowledge of distribution or warehouse processes
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and programs to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, etc.
- A strong mind and are not easily swayed by pressure, standing firm for what is best for the product, company, and team
