Status: Full-Time | Night Shift

Compensation: $25–$35 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM – 1:15 AM

A Night on the Floor: What Your Shift Looks Like

You clock in as the night crew assembles and the hum of spindles sets the tone. First up: reviewing travelers and blueprints for the evening’s builds. You confirm tooling, dial in basic setups, and load the first run. As parts come off the mill, you measure critical features, log results, and keep production and quality data organized—often in Excel—so the team that follows knows exactly where things stand.

Between cycles, you keep your station spotless, communicate any tooling adjustments, and collaborate with teammates to keep throughput high and scrap low. When troubleshooting is needed, you methodically work through the machine, tooling, and program settings to resolve issues and get back to precise, repeatable results.

Your Impact

• Run CNC milling machines safely and consistently to meet customer and internal specs
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions to guide setups and inspections
• Perform basic setups; identify and communicate tooling needs
• Measure, inspect, and record production and quality data with accuracy
• Maintain an orderly work area and complete all required documentation
• Partner with teammates to drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years operating and setting up CNC mills
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Technical: Intermediate knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T; hands-on CNC tooling, basic programming adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting
• Tools: Comfortable documenting in Microsoft Excel
• Strengths: Mechanical aptitude, solid math skills, clear communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a meticulous work ethic

Physical & Work Environment

• Stand for extended periods during the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work safely around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
