We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:• Greet clients, visitors, and staff members with a warm and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Provide support to other departments as required, ensuring smooth office operations.
• Monitor and address any front desk inquiries promptly and courteously.• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.
• A customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
