Travel Contract Cold Header Operator
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Contract Cold Header Operator to join our team. Responsibilities
Operate and maintain cold heading machines to produce high-quality metal parts.
Maintain output up to 30,000 parts per hour, depending on machine and part type.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Document production activities and report any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
Direct experience operating Cold Header machinery (no setup required).
Familiarity with National, Asahi, or Carlo Salvi machines preferred.
Ability to perform accurate dimensional checks using standard inspection tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as required for contract assignments.
