We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting and regulatory compliance of a well-established company.

This critical leadership role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all accounting functions while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all core accounting functions, including full-cycle AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger maintenance, and month/year-end closings.
Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning to support operational and financial stability.
Prepare, analyze, and present client-level and company-wide P&L statements, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on both financial performance and compliance matters.
Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, particularly in highly regulated or service-based industries.
Lead preparation for external audits, strengthen internal control processes, and ensure accurate documentation.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a service-oriented or regulated industry.
Experience overseeing or preparing for external audits and implementing strong internal control frameworks.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or comparable ERP systems.
Strong understanding of GAAP and compliance best practices.
