Make a difference in the lives of students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Glendale, AZ. Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Arizona
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs and formulate individualized treatment plans
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, write goals, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Offer guidance and training to team members regarding communication strategies and classroom modifications
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to achieve identifiable outcomes
