Camplowell Cardiology is seeking a front desk receptionist to join our practice. An ideal candidate would be able to multitask, have a team work attitude, and display professional and compassionate care to the patient. Understanding the importance of confidentiality. - Greet patients, check-in / check-out for appointment, scan in documents, screen, and update demographics
- Schedule appointments
- Print and arrange paperwork for appointments
- Answer in-coming calls
- Collect payments
- Check insurance eligibility
- Data entry and filing
- Medical Assistant preferred but not required
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required
